About us

The CINEMANIAX! Filmproduktion was founded in 1996 by Robert F. Kellner, Angela Poschet and Frank Becher.

From the beginning it was our aim to produce high-quality films with a big creative potential. Doesn’t mind if this are corporate videos, short films or any other kind of film productions. After more than ten years we can look back on award-winning films like “The schoolboy” and more than 100 festival invitations for our short film. In addition the CINEMANIAX! team was successfully working as service provider, each of us in his very own sector.

Robert F.Kellner who is responsible for sound and post-production worked for numerous documentaries, feature length documentaries and short fictons as sound recordist and sound mixer. He set up CINEMANIAX!’ own editing suite and our sound studio, which allows the full sound postproduction of films including Dolby Surround premixes.

Angela Poschet, member of the german society of cinematographers bvk, looks back on the experience of more the 30 short films and was awarded for her camerawork several times. A very unique part of her work is her experience in stop motion films, a genre where she has major successes like “Bob the Builder” and “Allerleirauh” on her track record.

Frank Becher is representing CINEMANIAX! as producer. He was responsible for all of our short films and the two feature films we co-produced so far. 2007 his compendium “Kurzfilmproduktion” was published in Germany. Since 2008 he is member of the jury for “The German Short Film Prize”.
